What we collect when you ask for a quote, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you request a quote we collect what you type into the form: a ZIP code and optional street address, property type, your name, mobile number, and any notes you add. We also collect standard web analytics such as pages viewed and referring source.
What we use it for
Answering your request. We text or call the quote back and follow up if the property needs a look in person. Your number is not added to a marketing list, sold, or shared with third parties for their own use.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become accounts are retained for one season and then deleted. Customer records are kept as long as the account is active and as required for tax and insurance purposes.
Your choices
Ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. Reply STOP to any text to stop messages.
