Change your trigger depth
You can move between a 2″ and 1″ trigger, or to zero tolerance, at any point in the season. Text the property address and the new trigger and dispatch will confirm.
During a storm
There is no need to call when it snows — dispatch rolls automatically at your trigger. Call if something specific is wrong: a blocked egress, a medical access need, or a pile in the wrong place.
Add a service or a property
Ice-only visits, extra walkway footage, hauling, and second properties can be added mid-season. Seasonal rates are prorated honestly for the remaining months.
Your visit log
Ask any time and we will send the season’s log for your property with times, areas and materials per visit. Commercial accounts get it on a standing schedule.
